    Leave it well alone. None of the metrics you mentioned are significant. Your diff between highest and lowest is 0.07/0.08 which is very good.

    Just run it and monitor it for a while.

    Sounds like a plan. I appreciate the confirmation. I'm really hoping that the dead cell in that module was the only real problem and that the balance is close enough to keep it going. A buddy of mine has 293k on his gen2 with no error codes on the pack although it's weak and has terrible mileage...at least they must be fairly well balanced lol
