Check engine light, triangle danger light, Abs lights vsc light all on. I changed out all coils and plugs. I was driving today and when I would accelerate it felt like it was going to stall and was skipping. When it was idle it would shake my car. I am guessing it probably reached it’s time just seeing if you experts would know if it was a battery issue or a cheap fix? Thanks for your help.

And you change the plugs and coils because of the shaking while you had the plugs out you should have looked at them with a magnifying glass or touch them with your finger and touched your tongue and see if you smell the traces of coolant on any plug If so that's a giveaway that you've got a cylinder taking on coolant a head gasket leak.
