Post pictures of harness burn/corrosion. Probably bad HV battery ECU or battery. But pictures would be a plus

Yes that has been reported by some members. Might have to replace both items.

There may be some extra harnesses costing around, just have to post a WTB post

Corrosion at the computer connector can mean corrosion internal to the computer as well.
Remove it an open it up. Corrosion can continue on down the pins and onto the computer board.
Replacing it may be the best option for safety if corrosion is present.

This also means that corrosion has traveled from the module posts to down the sensing wires. So the wires themselves can be suspect.
Checking the crimp connectors at the ring terminals would be in order.
Don't forget the one hidden under the negative lead at the far end of the battery pack.

Speaking of the negative lead, it too can contain a disgusting amount of corrosion hidden inside the black sheathing.

Most people just ignore this corrosion because they do not want to spend any money to get proper replacement parts.
Instead they try all sorts of home remedies of scrubbing, soaking, coating what are failing components.
But they are happy to have saved money.

    Lower than 2 (two)?
    Than is horrible.

    What were the rest?

You will need to get all of them much higher. Nominal voltage is 7.2

You can do this one module at a time with a small low voltage charger. This can take weeks.

Or do the entire pack at once with a high voltage charger. This will take a day.

If all you have is a 12v charger, then that is what you will need to use.
It is not the right tools and not an elegant solution, but you can try.
4amps is quite a bit higher than optimal.

You will see that the modules have a positive terminal + and a negative terminal -.

You charger will have a positive lead +. (red?) and a negative lead - ( black).
Put your charger on lowest amperage.

Working with one module at a time.
Put positive charger lead to positive module terminal.
Put Negative charger lead to negative module terminal.
    Measure voltage as you charge.
Stop when it it near the other modules. Within 0.1v or so.

You can jump start from another Prius hybrid battery.

It is very dangerous. You definitely can kill yourself and others if you make a mistake.
    I'd wear high voltage protection.

It would be safer to buy a high voltage charger or high voltage power supply. Either make one. Buy one. Repurpose one from another piece of equipment. (For instance and electrophoresis machine.)

Call me during the day and we can discuss.

I think your giving this guy bad advice. In my opinion he does seem capable of repairing his battery by himself

Please, if you don't seem knowledge or capable of doing what you intend doing, pay someone to have the job done for you.

Would a Prolong charger help? They are expensive, but may be worth it in this case.

Touching the end of a high voltage wire when it is live can definitely kill you. Dead. Forever.

@rzk this is your first time working on a high voltage battery. Being very careful is important.

I do not recommend charging from another Prius. Especially if you have other safer options.

You asked if it was possible. The correct answer is that it is possible. But I would not consider doing it if I were a novice. Electrocution protection and other personal safety equipment would be required.

Have the car towed to a dealer that has a grid charger is a safe option. It will cost you, but it can’t kill you. It might kill your wallet, but not you.

Many dealers do not have a charger handy.
They may need to request it from a central location.

Plus I don't they would do anything with charging the pack.

The pack sounds like it has some serious issues.
    - battery modes less than 7v
    - corrosion on the computer
    These are major red flags.
@rzk if you call.me I can walk you through some ideas and maybe better help you troubleshoot some things. 609-729-4082
