2009 Prius with no power

Hey everyone! Thanks in advance for your help. We have a 2009 Prius, just completed a front end brake job on both sides. Don't know if our problem is related, but now the car doesn't have any power. Checked the battery in the trunk and its reading 12V, auxillary charge spot under the hood is reading 4V. But again, the Prius won't turn on any lights or anything powered. Any ideas?

 

Nevermind! We pulled out the "DOME" fuse under the hood and pushed it back in to reset. Everything is back to normal!
