2010-2013 with XM NavTraffic -- HD Data instead?

    I have 2013 Prius 4 with Deluxe package. In several months, 3-year complementary XM data subscription will run out and I will have to pay for XM NavTraffic to get traffic data.

    Is it possible to update the firmware so that it can use HD Data for traffic and weather instead?
