OK I am placing a new set of front wheel well splash guards in my girl-friends 2010 Prius. They originally didn’t come with them; didn’t figure that out till a half year after private used car purchase. The procedure seems more-or-less self-evident, but I chose to put up a DIY page bc it had a good amount of valuable pics.

    1. ATTAIN KIT, TRIM FASTENERS. You will need to invest in a basic trim fastener kit. Suggest a kit with a variety selection. One size does not fit all. And you may have to be creative with what you have. I focused on 4 sizes.

    2. CLEAN WHEEL WELLS. First hose wells down nice. Let dry.
    3. REMOVE BOTH FRONT WHEELS. Put the cars front up on jacks, then remove wheels for full access.

    4. PREP REMOVE 10mm BOLTS. There were 2 bolts of notice low on the front frame.

    5. INSERT ONE SIDE TRIM. Place appropriate size trim fasteners into anchoring holes. See pic

    6. SAME-SAME OTHER SIDE. Repeat other side well.
    7. REINSERT WHEELS. Whoala done!
