I've replaced all the fuses plus the one on the battery and the 125 amp fuse in the middle of the fuse box. I also went ahead and replaced the inverter/ converter. The main abs no 1 and the ecu - b2 fuse keeps blowing . I accidentally reversed polarised the battery/don't ask smh. So have no dash lights and power button doesn't work, But the lights on the inside comes on and the emergency lights work. What is everybody's thoughts and what could the cause of my problem be? Thanks in advance.

Did you reverse polarity before or after replacing the inverter?

I have tech stream but I didn't think it would be able to pick up anything if I can't get the car into start mode?

    Before replacing the inverter.

Yea I'm stumped, nothing on the dash comes on and the only two fuses that keeps blowing is the main abs no 1 and the ecu - b2 fuse. (n)

No the power button isn't working or lighting up. The dash doesn't come on at all.

Since you say your reversed the polarity of the battery, which I can't understand how that happened,
I would suggest it's a good bet that your probably fried the main abs no 1 and the ecu .
Or perhaps the wiring for them.
