As title says 2010 minimum heat selection is 65 any other years with a lower option?
65 is way to warm. I find myself constantly switching between low and 65. I have a 2010 model 3. Is this standard for all years/models or is there some cooler options? My hose thermostat only sees above 64 if it's summer or warm outside.lol

65 across all models and years. i just fit the fan on/off when outside temps dictate. it is not a good system

In that situation, I would keep temp to "low" and just lower fan speed by pressing down arrow to have to less air hot entering cabin.

Techstream exposes an option to set an offset (of, I don't know, a few degrees max) to what the car actually thinks the setpoint temperature, or the actual cabin temperature, is. (I don't know why features like this are common; when installing my home thermostat, I noticed it also has hidden "installer options" to do the same thing. Maybe something the dealer can tweak to mollify somebody's difficult in-law who insists the temperature isn't really what it is....)

So, you won't be able to get the setpoint below 65 on the display, but you might be able to set it to mean something a bit lower (and even more if you also offset the actual cabin temperature to read high).

I guess that could also create different kinds of passenger confusion down the road, if you don't remember having done it. :)

alright changed ambient to -3C which is the max value for adjustment. Can't wait to try it out in the morning.

Shoot, is ambient the only one that's adjustable? That won't do you any good. I thought there were offsets available for the setpoint, or cabin temp, or both.
