2010 Prius Ⅴ skid control too sensitive

TL;DR - skid control is overly sensitive and engages on u-turns, have checked everything, Toyota service can find nothing. Need ideas.

Background -

190k miles 2010 prius, replaced the abs brake booster assembly a few years ago with a used one. All techstream commands successfully ran. No issues no other CEL.

Issue -

Ever since then when making a tight u-turn or going over slight driveway bumps while turning the skid control will activate momentarily on the front left wheel. This did not happen before the abs replacement, it's not just my driving, happens to others when driving the vehicle.

Attempts to remediate -

I have replaced the wheel speed sensors, have re-set linear valve and steering wheel alignment position and anything else to potentially address the issue. It's not throwing codes, it's seeing it as normal operation. I've used TopScan to grab a data stream of it occurring, nothing is standing out as an issue. It's not getting worse, or better. I've replaced tires, I've replaced brakes and rotors all the way around.

Toyota Service Experience -

I have a kid coming of age that I want to be able to drive the vehicle, but I do not trust a inexperienced driver to properly respond to the skid control happening to them randomly.

So I finally decided to take it to my local Toyota Service dept to have them check it out. It's been there 3 weeks, they have found nothing... They say it's completely normal operation.

They have re-done all techstream commands to ensure they all stuck correctly. I had them check the calibration ID of the abs ECU (One thing I could never figure out how to check with my limited tools) There was a recall when first released on the abs ecu as the system was too sensitive. They have replicated the issue and verified the skid control is engaging as expected. I've told them there is no way it's 'as expected'.

Request for Help -

Any other ideas, anything else I can check? Other things I've thought about is replacing the skid control ecu and the steering wheel position sensor, just in case... The only other thing I can think about is replacing the abs assembly again. Any ideas are better than nothing.
