Ya it wasnt on in ready mode. Only pressed power button twice without pressing brakes. I am planning on checking wiring harness since the fender liner is missing( still dont know what happened to it because it was there hanging down two says ago )

Also is 12.56v considered low? I measured that in morning after car sat for 12 hours and 12.76 when i had negative cable taken off

There are a bunch of threads about it ... the thought of typing it out again makes my carpal tunnels whimper.

There may be some replies suggesting, depending on the temperature, that it isn't absolutely fully charged for an AGM.

It's far too high to be the cause of any problem with your car though.

Look for the "subassembly, brake booster with master cylinder". The control module is built in.

Is the module? Also do you know if we can swap just the module part without disassmeling the booster?

Would this fall under the ” customer support program ZJB”
I am just hoping that its the stupid chinese clone elm327 which was connected to the obd the whole time.
The minivci arrives today, will hook it up once 12v battery is fully charged

I think the usual approach would be to replace the entire assembly, just as the dealer sells it, without disassembling it at all, as there are no disassembly instructions for it in the manual and no constituent parts available for sale.

Any of the customer support programs, like ZJB, usually have a clear statement in the first couple of pages that will say what vehicles are covered under what conditions. That would be the place to check; sometimes the conditions are very specific.

Went to toyota(wasted my time and money)
    Got codes pulled.
C1253 was current so asked why they cant do the csp ZJB
Its missing bottom engine cover and intake pipe is missing 1 bolt. Also because of engine swap was performed at local mechanic SERIOUSLY

Can you post a photo of the freeze frame for the C1253? I'd be curious what the info code was.

To be honest, I'm not sure why C1253 even is one of the verifying codes for the ZJB issue. The issue is about a small leak in the booster w/master cylinder assembly, but C1253 is pretty much exclusively about electrical control of the pump. There must be some connection they have figured out, but like a lot of things, it is probably one-way: it must be that there is some way that a small actuator leak can lead to a C1253 being shown, but at the same time many/most things that cause C1253 are not going to be anything to do with an actuator leak. In particular, it might not be hard to imagine how having one of the fuses out at the right time could end up giving you an electrical-control-of-the-pump code.

They didnt do freeze frame for that code. Only c1300. I had to ask for the codes. I have tech stream running on my laptop now. Just need to learn how to do freeze frame test.

Just wondering if i should just go ahead and order the brake cylinder assembly.
because i have U0129 Code ( lost communication with brake system control module)
I havent had chance to do freeze frame yet for c1253. (called corporate and filed a complaint for this) because its bs for dealer to reject a car that has missing one screw for intake and not having bottom engine cover.

Why not just replace the missing screw and engine cover and take it to another shop?

Well, if it's covered with the warranty, then they won't charge you. Or shouldn't charge you.

The lights went out For about 15 miles and worked like normal. The brakes felt better then all lights came back while driving. (I had to brake little harder and it all came back.)

    Update on abs lights:

After my wife fought with the service manager over the phone, got call day after and they agreed to honor the warranty (customer support program ZJB). The part took 3-4 days. It took about day and half to R & R. They replaced master cylinder and brake booster. The lights are gone and the regen is working than ever before.

It took them 2 day to replace it? It shouldn't have taken for than 2 hours.
Well, at least everything is working good for you! :)
