I have 2010 Prius III 185k miles. "Hybrid System Check" light on after replacing all fuel injectors. OBD scanner shows code U0100. I can't reset it. I double checked all connectors and removed the negative wire from the battery for 15 mins to see if the code reset it, but the warning still exists. Please advise.

I can't help you with this, but I can welcome you to Prius Chat.
You might have to get it checked out by mechanic unless you get advice from someone else on here. Codes can be read using a cheap plug in device and an app on your smartphone, but it may not be simple DIY. I'm sure someone will help you soon, do please hang on a while longer.

    Welcome to Prius Chat (y).

U0100 is a generic lost communication with an ECM or PCM code, so more digging will be required ;).

    Some questions:
    • What scanner are you using?
    • Can you get te INF codes?
    • Do you know anyone with Techstream?
    • What prompted the fuel injector change?
    • Any other issues with your Prius?
    • Have you owned since new?
    Keep us posted(y).
