2010 Prius GPS: Worth upgrading?

I have a 2010 Gen 3 Prius wirh the default in-dash JBL E7022 GPS/audio sysyem. The GPS has been giving me numerous headaches (first its touch screen broke, then its audio stopped working), so I am planning to replace it. I am debating between taking one of two options. I can either replace it with another factory unit from ebay for $450+, or I could replace it with a newer unit from Crutchfield, but lose my cd player, aux input, satellite radio, pay a bit more, and deal with any other potential headaches that could arise from using something new and different. Do you think the GPS upgrade is worth the headache?
