2010 Prius: Headgasket issue - should I fix it or get engine replaced

I managed to clean most of it out with a rag and a long screwdriver, I don’t think it’s been an issue but I just wanted to bring it up in case.

even tho there’s no check engine light I still feel as if the the car is misfiring because there still is the shake I mentioned which happens around 8 mph, I’m gonna take it to a mechanic when I get paid to diagnose and hopefully I’ll be able to fix the issue myself

 

Again, leak down test is good for this.
