2010 Prius won't start - all lights on check hybrid message

2010 Prius won't start - all lights on and check hybrid message. Happen suddenly first time ( no warning sign before) .
While drive few miles suddenly all the lights on dashboard blinked along with check hybrid system message , while still running, starting loosing power as gas won't work power staring gone somehow realized and came to safe stop. Had to tow back card home.
- Check 12 volt battery , AutoZone guy said it looks great. Was able to run a/c fan and head lights.
- After putting back 12v all light were on but without check hybrid message, tried to start didn't work.
- In second attempt with long press power button gas engine started but as soon I release button it stopped.
- In third attempt same thing happen, this time check hybrid message came again.
135k + miles , original hybrid battery.
Awaiting OBD2 device delivery to check any error code will post. Kind of worried of fraud repairs, can't pay more money.

 

Any suggestion what this hose called ? Its fall off and was causing P3190 error code ( without any other codes)
