2011 Prius 3 got flooded...what kind of damage am I looking at?

Wheel bearings might be ruined by water levels not high enough to reach electrical components.

 

If OP has a decent insurance company, they will write the car off.

Too much of a liability. Insurance company's worst fear: Air bags/brakes fail at a later date, and it is attributed to the flood damage. Insurance company on the hook now, this the write off.

Cheaper to write it off. Sell at auction, sadly. Unscrupolus person cleans the car up some, maybe even gets a clean title through the various loopholes/lack of national database for flood cars.

When insurance totals the car and cuts you a check, let us know the VIN. I bet an unsuspecting buyer will be comming here seeking help with problems all due to the flood.
