I'm sure I would have noticed this either taking it out or putting it back in so it must have just collapsed.
I'm Gonna get an OEM mount from the dealer.
    Done done and done.
Btw similar but very different symptoms then what I had going on before.

Im Starting to feel I should have a camera on my head as I do these things. So I can go back in time virtually.

With some things, it's not worth going cheaper on.....
Is that the only mount you replaced? How do the other ones look?

These mounts I replaced when the vibrating started with the junkyard trans.
I had them all out they all look new because they are.
Everything was smooth when I test drove the vehicle.
So yes that was new then about a month ago to try to fix the vibration then.

I briefly went through the Prius books I have owner stuff. I was looking for when the first service to the transmission is I was kind of thinking the transmission fluid should be changed fairly quickly like thousand to 2000 miles because the brake in of the transmission probably put a quite a bit of metal into the fluid. I don't see that in the literature that I have.
I'm sure changing it that time won't hurt.

I changed the transaxle fluid on ours several times. First time, at a mere 12 months and 15K kms, it was the darkest. Next time it was only modestly darker, at 40K kms. Next time, at 64K kms, it still looked like new, and I decided to quit, lol.

I realize what killed my differential. It's actually what kills older Honda transmission. Not coming to a full stop going from forward to reverse.
I didn't think it would be a big deal but apparently it is after several thousands of times.

Car is running great now. Just about 2k miles on the transmission so I'm gonna do fluid change. Not sure if it's necessary. But doing it anyway.
I'm going to rotate the traction battery this week also.
