2012 Daytime LED Running Light

    Does anyone know how to have the Daytime Running light stay on as the Low Beam is turned on? Please help if you know. The LED Running lights are definitely cool.

    On mine, a mdl II, there is off/ parking light/ running light/ headlights in that order on the indicater arm, mine has no 'auto' position. leave it in running lights, they will turn off when car is shut down, thru the radio you can adjust how long they remain on after the car is shut down. BUT, you need to put the headlights back on at night.

    By design the DRL's turn off when the lowbeams are energized. The manufacturer assumes you no longer need DRL's since you're using your lowbeams.

    You'd have to wire in an additional headlight relay to power the DRL's when the lowbeams are on.

    gotcha..thanks for the insight. I guess I need a headlight relay.
