    Good news. I just picked up my new grill & fog lights. Will update when i get a chance to open the box.......stay tuned

    So it looks like the grill does not need to be painted. It comes with a metallic finish. As for the fog lights, the 2012 fogs are different. That's not to say that the 2010-2011 won't fit.
