I've seen most members use Tein & Eibach springs but haven seen any with H&R......maybe I haven't looked hard enough. Either way, I installed mine today. The before & after pics for now are at different locations. I also took off the plastic hub caps to see what I like better.

So far I really like the new stance & handling. Gonna let the springs settle some before I go for an alignment.

Put the covers back on for me. I want to see what mine would look like lowered but with OE wheels ad covers. :)

Yeah, kinda surprised more people haven't done H&R as their a good compromise between Tein & Eibach in not quite as low as Tein but slightly lower than Eibach. I like it & I've had H&R springs in the past so I know they're quality products:). BTW, I like the covers off as I think it goes well w/ the black & white theme u got going;).

Thanks, Sean. You are the PS master! LOL

I was worried about lowering the car with the stock wheels and covers but I actually like it. I like it at least enough that I don't want to spend money on new wheels and potential lose mpg. :)

I am putting 15" aftermarket wheels on mine this afternoon, but not lowering it. I still need to put adults in the car without hitting the stops. I have the rear sway bar, and am waiting for the Tanabe FSTB that is supposed to be in this week (based on your recommendation.) The front really needs something after that sway bar install.

My wheel covers started throwing off chunks of plastic after the drive home, so I removed them. The stock rims just don't look finished.

    I expect pictures tonight. ;)

When you say "the front really needs something after the sway bar install" could you explain what you think it needs or what doesn't feel right? I will slowly add suspension parts as funds become available and I'm still learning on the GenIII. On my GenII the rear sway bar didn't really do much although I added it AFTER my spring install.

I'm in the same boat......need more funds. As more comes in, I will add more. Still want to get a brace, strut tower brace, maybe sway bars (do they even make 1 for the fnt?).

When I had my gen2, I put the TC wheels on (20+lbs more than stock) & took a hit in mpg......not sure I want to take a mpg hit with the gen3......but who knows.

H&R springs with stock tires and rims. :thumb: Not that I'm biased or anything.

Got any better pics of the new wheels? Hard to see them in those shots, being all black.

I hate you:)...I told myself I wouldn't modify this car but these damn pictures make it so hard not to order these Tein's I've had in my "shopping cart" for the last 3 months:(
