2012 No audio issue Head unit #57032, non JBL.

    Everything works on this unit except there is no audio output whatsoever. Is there a separate amplifier that could be the problem? How do I troubleshoot this issue. I can buy a replacement head unit fairly cheap, but the problem might be something else.
