Drove home a couple days ago no issues, go to start car later that night and it says check hybrid system stop vehicle in safe place. Code comes back as p3004. From what I've seen this usually means an inverter replacement. I am 25 miles from a Toyota dealership and am trying to figure this out without having to get it towed to one. I saw toyota was covering some warranty inverter replacements but when I check by my vin I don't have any open recalls. I replaced the 12v battery in January, bought car used last fall. Has around 122k miles. Could it be something other than the inverter? I do have an obd2 Bluetooth adapter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
