    I didn't saw 2013 disc to be released yet. People say it might be released very soon so Il wait if you planing to buy oem.

    You can get backups of Gen 6 12.1 U94 pretty cheap, like $20ish

    OEM discs can be had from the dealer around $150ish the 13.1 versions should be out within the next 30-60 days

    My friend owns a 2013 prius but can't find how to eject the disc for future upgrade. Can someone help?

    He might have one where you update the maps from USB and its stored on the hard drive inside the GPS.

    Only model 4-5 have HDD premium GPS but still I think any Entune GPS units are upgraded via USB stick.
