2013 Prius Catalytic Converter stolen (SF BAY)

    Thanks for your reply. I note that the Toyota Maintenance guy on you tube mentions that when he was working for Toyota back about 2013 there was TSB on the issue saying it was OK to bypass the heater. That means to me to keep flow going, just remove heater from path. If it was in a TSB seems local dealer would be aware and suggest same as a workaround until a new part could be found. He was working on a 2017 at the time, which vehicle has one of the things too, but seems a discrete component which can be replaced without having to do entire front pipe assembly. Only 1100 dollars instead of 2700 dollars
