My 2013 Prius touch screen is not responding when I touch it and the buttons surrounding the touch screen are also not working. The volume dial works to turn the radio up and down, but doesn't work when I press it to turn the radio off. I am trying to connect my new phone to the bluetooth, but am unable to because the audio button is not responding when I press it. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!
