2014 Prius: Check Hybrid System + P2118 after sitting a month

For me in Vancouver, BC, Canada it’s $607.11?CDN plus ? for shipping. From past experiences I’d guesstimate $35 CDN. Not sure if there’s some ceiling, but so far for me no extras, say sales tax or duty; quoted price plus shipping is all I’ve been charged, with items up to maybe $150 CDN total.

 

What are the "remedies" you have attempted?

You have a trouble code that is fairly specific as to the possible locations of the problem. Replacing the throttle body itself is unlikely to do you any good. Have you followed any of the troubleshooting steps specific to the code you have?

Did you ever end up fixing this? I am having a very similar problem with my 2010. wiring harness, rodents, swap out 12v battery?

 

i have same problem i fix it. check the wire come from the ecm. the wire is white . front connector that dont have cover. my wire is broken inside look normal but little pull it come out

 

There’s a cover for that connector; it’s a puzzle why Toyota covered the adjacent connector, but not that one. It’s maybe a Lexus part number? There’s a thread here on it.

anyway here’s the part (attached). I got it through Amayama, for just under $5 CDN, plus about $10 shipping. If you can load a few more light/small things it doesn’t raise the shipping much.
