2014 Prius engine issue solutions?

Picked up a 2014 prius w 190k miles for cheap. Knew it had a possible blown head gasket. Drove it 60 miles home, temp warning popped up and filled it with water and had no issues getting back home. Had a p0302 and p0304 code with the milky oil cap. Car had the starting rattle for about 10 seconds and the drive was a bit shaky home, but it still runs and drives. No white smoke. Replacing the engine is the last the resort. Will getting a new engine be the only solution?
