I have just bought a prius but has no door handle sensors for keyless entry. Can I buy a handle with sensor and install them on mine?

I don't think it would be that simple. You'd need the inner workings and the transponder for the SKS system I think if they even call it that anymore. This is the thing where you have the remote in your pocket the car's locked you walk up to your car with bags in your hand and the door unlocks You don't have to reach for the remote or anything I have it on my '09 I think it's on my persona and it's on my solar roof car I've not seen it not on a generation 3 but I'm sure but it is possible to be had like that I just don't have one I don't think you could just put the door handle with the sensors even if the plugs are there the rest of the computer hardware is not in the car where it would go I don't think.

The best thing to do is contact a Toyota dealership's Parts Department and see if
the parts are available. And talk to the service adviser and see if it is something that can
    be added....
