2015 leaky hose on front of transmission - what is it?

I was underneath my new-to-me 2015 Prius v when I noticed a small leak from what appears to be a coolant hose (it's black) on the front of the transmission, near the driver's side wheel. I'm sure I can make the repair, I just want to make sure I do it right.

1. Is this coolant or transmission oil?
2. Does anybody know the part number for this hose?

1. Coolant! I think generally, if it looks like a coolant hose, it's coolant.
2. The damage was so close to the end, I just cut the hose a little shorter and slapped it back on.
