2015 prius 3, how do you perform a factory reset on the head unit. I tried holding down the pwr/vol

    My apps and bluetooth wont work
    Also tried the holdind the apps button and turning the head lights on and off 3 time. Anything else before I contact a dealer.

    try pulling the fuse, or disconnecting the 12v negative

    I have the same problem with the Bluetooth button in our 2012 Prius v. It had been working for all these years until last week. Now it just beeps when the Bluetooth button is pressed. Also, the USB connection was lost. I tried pulling fuses to no effect - #31 under the hood and #2 in the passenger compartment. Any other things I could try?
