2015 Prius headlight failure.

    About 6 months ago my 2016 Prius II blew a right headlight. With 72,000 miles, thought nothing of it. Replaced it with a NAPA bulb.
    A month ago the left headlight went out, thought nothing of it, another replacement.
    A week ago the right bulb went out. now I'm wondering............replaced it.
    Yesterday the right bulb went out again.

    Is something going on?
    Any thoughts?
    Recommendations?

    I know there was an issue with a TSB for the 2011's

    yes
    The first failure of each could be normal, but maybe the replacements weren't installed correctly or have bad wiring (seems strange on bth sides). Or the replacement bulbs aren't to spec

    Try adding die electric grease on connectors
