    Hoping for better touchscreen OS unlike that garbage entune. I'll take Google or Apple Car Play but want something with a Toyota touch. I'm also hoping for an improved Heads up NAV. I miss that about my Gen 3 and wish it was a standard feature on all cars.

    Most likely, the 2016 Volt will be there in Santa Monica on display (along with the Bolt concept car) but will not be available for test rides. Same deal for the Mirai. Bummer.

    Good question!

    It looks like someone at Toyota or LiveStream.com screwed up the event date in the steaming software configuration.

    The press release said Tuesday, September 8 at 9pm Pacific and I assume that is the correct date and time.

    Maybe it is a very private and super-secret preview that only we, here, will be able to view because we've noticed the 24-hour difference. Everybody else will tune in tomorrow night and see the re-run that they think will be "live."

    I think there was some sort of confusion with dates and time zone!
