Does this quoted price include a $2,000 rebate or the $500 rebate/incentive or any rebate for that matter?

If people could itemize their purchase price of 2016 Prius. We do not all have the save sales tax rate and there are various rebates available.

    Hi all,
Picked up my new baby today... and think I might have edged out the rest deal-wise, although it is end of quarter/year which definitely helped. I found 3 red 3Ts in a 200 mile radius, and emailed all the dealers, and pitted the lowest price verses the guy who said they'd beat it - and happened to have my preferred interior and accessories. They said they used a $2000 factory rebate and a $1000 holiday rebate, although that's just how they told me that they justified it. I really don't care - I threw them a lowball offer from another dealer and it worked. They even arranged to pick me up halfway from my home (2 hours away) to make it easier on DH, who had a bunch to do today.

2016 Three Touring, Hypersonic Red, the usual piddly dealer add-ons, but with the black applique over the white bone china... which looks amazing with the black Softex interior. (Really wasn't a fan of the Moonstone after seeing it in person - love the black!) It has been sitting in the dealer's showroom (inside!) for months and months with a whole 27 miles on it.

Purchase price: $22,508 - including the paint protector, black applique, floormats, a ridiculously priced charging cable set, and window tint thrown in to sweeten it even more.

    Dealer fee $799.00
    Tax $1631.49
    Tag $100.00
    State fees 150.00
    Out the door $25,188.49
    MSRP $30,522.00

I had to finance to get that price, but will be paying it almost all the way off in January with my VW Diesel buyback.
Just mostly excited. Drove it almost exactly 100 miles home, and happy as can be.

    I'm a convert already.

That is a great price Danielle. I traded in an SLK AMG for my Prius and I never looked back. The mpg is insane with this car.

Does anyone have pricing deals for the Houston area? We're interested in getting a 2016 Prius 4 with ATP. Haven't reached out to any dealers yet.

One dealer in Houston, TX is offering the 2017 Prius 4 with ATP for $29500 including the $1000 rebate. This price is before TTL. Is this is a good deal? Is there room to negotiate even further in the Houston area?

Hopefully someone will add a 2017 Prius pricing thread. This one is the 2016 model thread.

We bought a magnetic gray 2016 Toyota Prius Level 3 Touring on Tuesday. Toyota of Grand Rapids dealer gave us their "best price" Monday night of $27,364 out the door. After emailing over a dozen dealerships with 3 Tourings around us we whittled down the price to $26,463 OTD and bought the next day. We might have saved more money if we had spent another day but my wife had no vacation left.

I'm also trying to convince my wife to cancel the Extended warranty. They sold us an extended third-party warranty (from thewarrantygroup.com) with a $100 deductible and threw in paint protection and rust protection for $2.2k. I emailed Troy after finding that post on Priuschat and he sent me some info. So I think we're going to wait until the car has almost 36k and may purchase a Toyota Platinum warranty with a $0 deductible - although I think it's still a waste of money for such a reliable car. We'll then buy rust protection from a chain like Ziebart and buy a clear bra for paint protection.

I told Angela (my wife) that this can be a 300,000 mile car so I'm happy she wants to take care of it.

We both love the car - it's packed with features, comfortable, roomy and has a quiet and smooth ride. She managed to get 60.4 (indicated) MPG after the engine warmed up in this 27 degree weather. The Prius looks like a normal sedan now (not spaceship-like).

I'm doing my best to wait patiently for the 2017 Prius Prime inventory closer to my area. Maybe April-May I'll have a Prius Prime?

Sorry for the double-post - but I saw there were 2 threads ...

    TOYOTA PRIUS PACKAGE 3

    MSRP: $27,310

    -$3000 Toyota Rebate

    -$2915 dealer discount

    Price for vehicle $21,395

    + Tax/Fees - $2408.75

    = total $23,803.75

I'm thinking this is a pretty good deal - though I went in looking for a 2017 Package 2 -- any downside to getting a 2016 now?

Also was offered a similar deal on a Package 3 Touring --

    MSRP: $29,160

    -$3000 Toyota Rebate

    -$3000 dealer discount
    = total $23,160 before tax/etc. - didn't get that far with this one ...

I'm in So Cal and just got a quote on a:

2016 Prius 3 Touring in Blue Crush...
    MSRP $29,441
$23,695 after rebate (I asked to be quoted using the $2000 rebate)
This is before Tax and License....is there still room for negotiation?

    Then I was also quoted:
2017 Toyota Prius Package #2 in Classic Silver
    Stock #TS170653
    JTDKBRFU4H3542858
    MSRP
    $25,830
    $22,149 after rebate ($1,000 rebate).

    Any more room for negotiation?

Call around. It doesn't hurt to ask for a better price. These cars aren't moving too fast and I wouldn't be surprised if you got a better deal. Being willing to drive also helps!
