    All of those things are mostly "hard faults" and should not be really BAD sometimes and completely go away at other times.

    Sounds to me like an intermittent problem with the power steering (electrical) and I would suggest that ignoring the problem to see if it will go away is NOT the right thing to do.

    You probably are still under warranty so you should take it in to the shop.
    That will at least have the problem documented incase it finally fails when OUT of warranty.
