I just bought 2018 prime and I notice meaningful vibrations especially above 35mph. The vibrations are felt in any mode, even in EV mode. What could be an issue? (I have 2017 Prius and I am comparing to it)

Also, the car seems more noisy in general ( engine noise, a/c fan noise, etc). Is this common for prime or just because it’s new?

I think my engine is loud when it first comes on cold (not driven for 12+ hours). It quiets down in a few miles.

Check the tire pressure. maybe need balancing.
I thought prime was much noisier than my pip, but most here say no.
Maybe there are some bad ones

Vibrations aren't a good thing. Maybe something is loose in the suspension or the tire isn't balanced properly.

The Prime is pretty quiet (it has an acoustic windshield and acoustic front door glass. The regular Prius only has an acoustic windshield unless you buy the Four or Four Touring).

nope. they put it in the far back corner of a 500 acre property. it's there obligatory charger i guess, no one parks there, but it's mostly diesel trucks and rentacars here.
i did see a tesla there last year, being worked on by a mobil van.

That might be the only way to fix one though as the dealer network is behind :(.

But I wouldn’t trust a mobile mechanic as far as I could throw em;).

Thanks.. I escalated it to Toyota and taking it to dealer on Monday. Hoping that they can fix it.
