Well ... CHAdeMO is nice, as is AWD. Read the EV range .... 21 miles? Ho hum .... could'a got 50% more EV range in the Pacifica minivan. The limited use that most would need the extra awd traction is nice, but the range trade off? iduno.

Ok. That’s weird. So the rest of the world gets the updates but not us.

Considering how long it took for us to just get the Outlander PHEV, it isn't weird at all.

Actually, thinking about it now, it isn't weird because we are a small market for Mitsubishi. Without the Mirage to boost interest and sale, they were close to going the way of Suzuki. Then they are part of that Renault and Nissan partnership, so have closer ties to Europe. So North America getting the new stuff last from them isn't surprising. Specially the Outlander PHEV, which was a big hit in those markets, with production regularly not meeting demand.

Note that Asia, Europe, and then NA is the rollout path the Ioniq and Niro took, and we got those models nearly a year behind the others.
