2019 prius prime blew circuit breaker in our home

    OPs post sounds more like trolling than a friendly warning. New account, 1 post, very little details for a situation that sounds too good to be true (i.e. car dealer taking back a car). Too many red flags for me to give them the benefit of the doubt.

    maybe someone who agrees that hybrids are a quicker route to carbon reduction than plug ins :cool:

    Well, even with the concerns and doubts about the OP's story, it remains pretty difficult to not being able to charge a Prime at 120v and 8A mode (selectable in the settings). A toaster would probably pull more power than a Prime at that setting.
