2020 Prime XLE: AutoDimming Rearview Mirror Installation?

I'll be picking up a 2020 Prime XLE on Friday, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience installing the Autodimming rearview mirrors on this car? I know that even the "OEM" part is really a Gentex ADVGEN40A4. I've seen videos of installs of this mirror on a Nissan, where the connector for this was just chilling in the ceiling of the car and so all you had to do was pop out the map-light controls, route the cable and click it together. Done. Does anyone know if this is the case with the 2020 Prime XLE? Or will I need wire taps or other invasive work to get this done? Any help/advice would be appreciated.
