2020 Prius L Eco and Apple CarPlay navigation

    Hey all,
    I have a 2020 Prius L Eco and use Apple CarPlay navigation. Love the car. I listen to music a lot (often quite loudly) and CarPlay does not lower the music volume when Siri is speaking. I already set the voice to "loud" in the Maps app on my iPhone 8. It says there that the music volume should go down when the voice come on. But it doesn't.

    What am I missing here?

    Have a 2020 prius and maps suddenly will not display on my screen from my iPhone 8 that has the current release? I've tried everything.changed cable, reset phone, check all the settings for car play. you name it. Any help????
