This might be a silly question, but Ive been offered a nice set of studded winter wheels from a rav4 (225/65 R17). Will they fit on my 2014 Prius+ (v) without modification?

Yeah, I know mileage will suffer if they do..

    Thanks!

The 65s would be 2.6" larger in diameter than stock, and drive a 10% low speedometer error.

Assuming the rims fit, have the correct offset and clear the calipers, not sure a 1.3" larger radius would fit throughout the steering range, lock to lock.

They don’t on a Volt which takes bigger tires stock than your Prius

Yes, this is what Im thinking as well. Its just that it looks like there is a lot of space with stock wheels.. ...and these 17” were nice and availible :)

If anyone has fitted this size (be it successful or not), let me know!

    Thank you for your replies!
