A/C blowing weaker on driver's side vs. passenger side

    My a/c and heater blows stronger on the passenger side than on the driver's side. The temperature is EXACTLY the same, but the strength of air is not. Anyone else had this problem?

    Things I have tried but have failed to change anything:
    1. Closing the vents on the passenger side to see if it will blow stronger on the driver's side
    2. Changing the air filter
    3. Tinkering with the system that allows you to optimize where the air blows
    Please help!

    I don't believe I do. I have checked the settings for the a/c and it only gives front priority or full car
