I have a creaky rattle coming from the windshield end of my a-pillar trim on the driver’s side. It will wiggle if I press it. The other side does not move at all. I have also noticed that it is not entirely lined up with the black dashboard panel, seemingly 2-3 mm above where it should be. The other side lines up perfectly. I was going to take the panel off and reattach it, but it has a strange impassable clip I don’t want to break anything over. Diagrams seem to show only two points of attachment anyway - neither are at the far end where it’s wiggling. How do I seat my trim so it lines up with the dash and stops rattling?
