    That' right, now if congress can just send the checks it was going to pay for yucca mountain, to the university of texas for research instead, we might get at least some solution for one problem government has been creating since Eisenhower. It probably will take at least 10 years, that's better than the 50 we have waited. If we started in the mid 90s working on breeder technology research, likely we would be close to safer designs by now, instead most of the nuclear plants in construction today are gen II designs.
