ABS, VSC, (!) and emergency brake light on... but still drives great?

    Yes - my parents lived on St Louis Hgts so the commute one-way distance to downtown Honolulu was just a few miles. However I could see that if you for example lived in Kailua and commuted to Honolulu, then the odometer would get a workout.

    thanks, got 44.5 mpg on first tank

    yeah, my 2001 Echo has 80k miles (32mpg) and my totaled 2005 Civic Hybrid had 90k miles too (36mpg)

    my sister has a 2015 Prius in the mainland and its doing well

    the part is small. so will keep just in case

    gotta commute somehow. :)

    Living in a climate without winter must really make a Prius shine.

    Our cold weather has actually kept our miles down on our new car, being retired we just don't travel the snowy, salty roads as often.

    in tropical weather there's waterspots and sunburn

    so having a carport really helps

    (maybe one day)
