Accessories running down battery when car stopped

    I have a USB Jump Pack plugged into my cigarette lighter, then all my USB devices plugged into it, so they charge/operate when the car is not in ready, without risk of stranding me. And it is charged if I need to jump some other small car.

    (big ones do not charge via USB)

    I see what you mean. Yeah, that should work. (y) I have a power bank like what @JimboPalmer mentioned, but mine's a little too bulky to have up front where it's hard to find a home for it and it would be a nasty projectile in a wreck. I just have it for jumping dead batteries. We Prius drivers often tend to overthink things. Frankly, leaving it in READY is just a ton more convenient. I like simple. :)
