It appears the modules in the center tend to get hotter and so degrade faster. Apart from shuffling modules, what can be done to mitigate this? Maybe some kind of low-profile heatsink? Additional venting? Thinking I might run a duct from one of the AC vents to the HV cooling intake.

I've heard of others running ducting before, and there might've even been a product offered for such. Pretty sure it came from underneath the passengers seat and went into the HV fan duct.

For extra cooling I run Torque with a PID that sets the fan to level "6"

Jeff at prolong has floated the idea (and was soliciting feedback) about developing a user controllable HV fan device so the driver could control fan speeds and durations.
