I just picked up a used 2007 Prius last night. Since I didn't get to choose what package it came with (I think it's Package 1), there's a few things missing that I figure I'd like...

    - Bluetooth
    - Reverse Camera

...and probably some more that I don't even know about. How hard is it to get this stuff added after the fact? Would I have to go into a dealer to get it done?

You can try a Parrot bluetooth unit. As for backup camera, people over at GreenHybrid have tried an Eclipse unit (forgot the model number).

A Garmin Nuvi will also work well to provide bluetooth capabilities and GPS Navigation

You'll have to get aftermarket devices as others have mentioned. None will work with your MFD, except maybe the backup camera (with modifications).

    I have a 2007 - package 1 and it came with a back-up camera.
