Just bought my first Prius, 2004, 210K KM. Except for the leakage I discovered and (hopefully) have fixed, everything else looks good. I will likely buy another Toyota hybrid in the future.

    Two questions:

    1) The car came with only one key fob (regular). I'm looking to get one more just in case. What's the best way to do it? I found the new regular fob on ebay.ca/Amazon around C$100 shipped. Also curious how difficult it would be to reprogram a used one(C$50). Found good info in some threads (like this: Finally! How to program a non-SKS key/fob. Detailed! | PriusChat) but most links are outdated.

    2) Plan to do the maintenance myself. What diag tools to choose from? I have an OBD2 reader, which I tested the hybrid battery with, Android phones and Windows laptops. Should I go with Mini VCI or others?

    Thanks
