Aftermarket Head Unit with Navigation AND Satellite???

    Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket replacement head unit with Navigation AND Satellite?

    Something similar to this, but with Satellite.

    P.S. Since these kind of units allow you to download apps from Google Play store, wouldnt you be able to use the SirusXM app?

    If it's an Android system, couldn't you just download the SiriusXM app? That should work fine as long as you have sufficient data to cover the audio you would be streaming.
