My air conditioning isn't cold. My radio is out, the power windows don't all work, nor do the powere locks. I was told it could be the serpentine belt but was also told that there is no serpentine belt on a prius. I'm really hoping it's not the main battery pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the 12v battery?

These are very random failures, how long have you had this car?

If you have owned the car for more than a few years and have not changed the 12v battery, I would recommend you do so regardless of what the voltage tests show. These are the kinds of issues a bad 12v battery causes.

That could be due to several causes, one likely cause is that your system has a slight leak and the system needs to be recharged at minimum; ideally the leak would be found and fixed. Are any warning lights on?

Check the fuses in the main relay/fuse box next to the inverter as well as the fuse box under the instrument panel, driver's side.

2G Prius has a serpentine belt. However that would not be the cause of any of those issues. If the belt had a problem, the engine would overheat as the belt turns the engine coolant pump. Open the hood and look for the serpentine belt, on the side of the engine closest to the passenger-side fender.

The traction battery has nothing to do with these issues.
