Bad wheel bearing like noise(drone) is still there. Tire, wheel bearing, and axle ruled out. What's next? Transaxle? Fluid have been changed out with Toyota WS already.

What brand of wheel bearing? Did you get it from Toyota?
It could still be bad, depending on the brand.

You could switch the bearings left to right to left. If the noise moves to the right hand side,
    you know it's the bearing.
What brand of tires? How many miles on them? Tire pressure?

It sounds nuts but I believe I have had similar indications with one tire starting to de-laminate. Was still plenty of tread left, no unusual wear. Could only be seen by removing the wheel and checking the entire circumference visually side to side, or by feel. I had this happen with 5 tires on 3 different Prii.

Bridgestone ecopia ep422. 34 psi all around. I've already moved the front wheel bearings left to right. Noise is still on the left side. Bearings from Toyota parts dept. 6/32 tread. No abnormal tire wear.

I guess I could put on my winter set to see if there's a change. But I doubt it since I already did a tire rotation.

Then there has to be something rubbing. Maybe axel, or brake shield....
Maybe the inverter pump, or inverter?
